1. Return window
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange of non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.
2. Condition of the product
- The cart / product must be complete (all parts, accessories, manuals and items delivered).
- It must be in the same condition as delivered: no extra wear, damage, missing parts or unauthorized modifications.
- CartHub will inspect the unit before approving the return.
3. Restocking fee (20%)
Approved returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee on the total purchase amount (product + applicable customizations).
Shipping/logistics costs already paid are non-refundable unless CartHub caused an error in the order.
4. Who pays return shipping
For change-of-mind / non-defective returns, the customer pays pickup or return transport to CartHub (or the location we indicate in Mexico).
If the product is defective or there was a CartHub fulfillment error, we cover the return logistics according to the case.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges when stock and model compatibility allow it, under the same condition and timeframe rules. Price differences must be settled before release.
6. Exceptions
- Custom paint, special builds or made-to-order customizations.
- Products damaged by misuse, accident, improper installation or lack of maintenance.
- Units already registered/used outside the return window or with mileage/use beyond delivery inspection.
7. Defects and warranty
Manufacturing or covered defects follow the product warranty (shown on each listing). Warranty service is not the same as a change-of-mind return and may not apply the 20% fee.
8. How to request a return
- Contact us within 14 days with order number, photos of the unit and reason.
- Wait for written approval and return instructions.
- After inspection, we process the refund minus the 20% fee (if applicable) to the original payment method within 10 business days.
